AWLQ Open Day - Gold Coast Animal Rehoming Centre

Due to the impact from the recent weather events in South East Queensland on our staff, volunteers and the community across all five of our AWLQ animal rehoming centres, we are rescheduling our upcoming AWLQ Open Day at the Gold Coast Animal Rehoming Centre to Saturday the 12th of July.

On Saturday 12th July the AWLQ Gold Coast Animal Rehoming Centre is hosting a FREE Open Day from 10am - 3pm and everyone is invited!

- Food trucks
- Marketplace
- Kids activities
- Pet Circle Major Raffle draw
- Pet lucky dips
- Lucky door prizes
- Information stalls
And of course all of our wonderful animals who are excited to see some friendly faces!

While adoptions will be open, our AWLQ Open Day is our way of re-welcoming old friends and introducing new ones to our animal rehoming centres while offering a glimpse into the work that we do in supporting the animals in our care while they wait for their forever homes.

As much as we love all furry family members, in the interest of the welfare of your pet and our animals onsite, we kindly ask you not to bring your own pet along to our Open Day unless scheduled for a meet and greet with one of shelter pets.
