Carer Support Group (Coolum)

Our In-Person Peer Support program is delivered over 6 sessions and is designed as an opportunity for you to share knowledge and experience in a supportive setting and make connections with other carers in your local area. Topics and activities will be chosen by you and the other people in your group and facilitated by an experienced peer facilitator who has their own lived experience as a carer.

Sessions will be held weekly from 1pm - 3pm on Thursdays starting from 15th January, 2026. Carers are encouraged to attend all sessions to get the most out of the experience.
