Breath work on the Beach 🏖️

Hello Beautiful and Rising Souls!

If you are on the GoldCoast, Prashant and I are collaborating to Bring breathwork 1 time per week at the moment and will be having a fixed location soon.
However, tomorrow we are organising BREATHWORK on the Beach in Coolongatta at 8am, in front of the Billabong shop �

Location: Native state bathhouse coolangatta.

If you re keen, and want to join us for some breathing before the weekend, BE THERE! �����

What to bring: �

- yourself
- yoga mat
- towel
- swimsuit (for a swim if you wish later) then we will catch up for coffee
- water bottle
