Beach Yoga w/Meagan

A gentle class incorporating mindful breathing, focused stretching and gentle movements; a beautiful way to enjoy a Sunday evening on the shores of Lake Michigan!

Stay after to build community, watch the sunset or take a dip in the lake!

Designed for all. Bring your own mat/blanket.

$15 adult, Under 12 Free. Under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Location to the right of the beach building nestled in the sand dune. A Michigan state park pass required for all driving into the park. Bike riding to the park encouraged!
