I am the founder of Inspiring Inner Growth llc, a practicing Human Resource Professional with double-digit years in the world of humans, a Master Life Coach with a focus on Emotional and Social Intelligence, Register Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master.
Really, I am a pretty ‘normal’ human with a splash of braVe. I love learning about humans and inspiring inner growth!
I find joy sharing simple sustainable resources to navigate the uncharted adventure of life. Real life experiences, Real Life messy, Real life balance; cultivating my braVe took years.
Now, I am sharing all the good stuff and the adventure so others can learn the art of recalculating the compass a little sooner than I was able to recalculate my own. I can’t wait to adventure with you!
