Mid-Summer Dream: A Ritual to Slow Down and find Inner Oasis with Candace

In the heat and action of summer, this gathering is a space to find reprieve, with more cooling, lunar, and regenerative practices to find balance during the second half of the season.

We’ll orient to themes and traditions of the season, breathe, have a slow, relaxing practice, followed by a restful, dreamy meditation. Afterwards, there will be journaling & card-pulling prompts to help us explore the inner world and intentions for beauty and balance in the summer harvest season.

Please bring a yoga mat and a journal.
