Join us on Thursday, June 26th from 6:00 to 6:45 PM at The Oaks Event Hall for a 45-minute Pop-Up Hot Mat Pilates Class!

This results-driven class is designed to help you build lean muscle, boost metabolism, promote fat burning, and naturally stimulate your body’s GLP-1 hormones, which support appetite regulation and energy balance. It’s a high-intensity Pilates workout that delivers real, sustainable results.

Your instructor is Anna Klapec, owner of Impel Pilates and Yoga Studio. Anna is a classically trained Pilates instructor with 20 years of experience. Her passion for movement and staying true to the principals of classical Pilates will create a challenging and rewarding experience for every participant.
