Summer Stillness - A Celebration of the Sun

Join us at this still point of the year to celebrate the strength of the sun and the joy it brings, it is a time of expansion and gratitude and a time to the discover the Celtic festival of Litha.
By following the seasons around the year, we deepen our connection with the earth. This will be a night where, as a small tribe together we will embody the joy of midsummers night eve.
We will find out more about solstice celebrations, the festival of Litha and the folklore, gods and goddesses of this land and across the world and how we can use the energies of the season to help us focus our energy as we move through the year, stepping forward to embrace those things that bring us joy.
We will meet uplifting Lemon Balm or Melissa, a plant full of healing secrets for us to unpack. We will also work with rhubarb which many of us have in our gardens and find out more about this strangely prolific plant.
The evening will then come to a close with a gong bath to allow us to focus our intention and energies and move forward with joy and excitement.
No previous experience is needed, just a willingness to explore and connect with this exciting time of the year.
You may like to bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow for the sound bath.
