Join us for a gentle evening journey as we welcome the returning spring and explore how our ancestors honoured these first steps back into the light.
Every six weeks we gather to follow the seasons and traditions of the year. You’re welcome to join us for a single session or come along for the whole journey.
This gathering aligns with Imbolc, the festival that heralds the coming of spring and the lengthening of days. Together we’ll reflect on what this time of renewal means for us today, explore ancestral stories, and draw inspiration for the months ahead.
We’ll also take a deeper look at Rosemary—its traditional uses and folklore—before settling into a soothing gong bath, supporting you to emerge into spring with clarity, purpose, and inspiration.
No previous experience is needed—just a willingness to explore and connect with this uplifting time of year. You may like to bring a notebook and pen, along with a blanket, mat and pillow for the gong meditation.
