Forest Bathing - Nature Befriending Connection

Forest Bathing, or ShinrinYoku, is a deep mindfulness and relaxation activity helping you befriend nature, deepening your connection to the wild world around you.

Forest Bathing £6 or members Free/£2/£4/£5

11am for an hour approximately

You can book the woodland sound bath in the afternoon making for a wonderful day deep in the natural world.
On Saturday night we have our campfire with drumming, drinks and snacks included too. see listings

There is the option to camp too please see our website.

Both these activities are run by our founder Amanda Claire.

You will feel relaxed and refreshed and ready to return home.
