Therapeutic Art for Stress Relief + Auricular Acupuncture

In this workshop we will be exploring and alleviating our stress through a variety of drawing + painting techniques to help reformat the neural pathways of the brain, soothe and tame our emotional stress, improving and repairing the nervous system and creating a personal practice thru the practices of self-awareness, mindfulness, art expression with the benefit of the supportive modality of acupuncture.


No previous experience with Art is necessary, just a willingness to explore and heal!
You will leave with 3 Self Care Art practices, as well as, guides for incorporating breathwork + meditation that can be revisited on your own time.
Cost: $70. for 3 sessions

Carol Ellis is an Artist, Yoga & Qigong teacher, Reiki practitioner, Auricular Acupuncture Specialist and has always felt a deep connection for sharing perspectives and techniques through a variety of sources and mediums. She created "Art for Stress Reduction" workshops to address the habitual stress we all endure, whether it be our daily life's struggles, the effects of illness, or the shifting changes in our world. .
Materials: please bring a sketchbook! Colored pencils or markers.
