Poetry Society of New Hampshire: Mike Linehan Feature and Slam Poetry Q&A+Open Mic!!

Join the Poetry Society of New Hampshire from 4:30-6pm for an afternoon of slam poetry! This month's feature is Slam Free or Die organizer Mike Linehan, followed by a Q & A and open mic. Come experience and learn about slam poetry!

Mike Linehan is a writer and educator from southern New Hampshire. He has written and performed poetry at local open mics since 2011 and has become a passionate member of the slam poetry community. Currently, he is one of the organizers of Slam Free or Die, a weekly open mic based out of Manchester, New Hampshire, and was a part of their 2024 slam team. His work has appeared in As Alive Journal, Death Wish Poetry Magazine, and Wingless Dreamer, as well as his self-published poetry collection The Porch Light in 2023 and his chapbook Affirmations of Sin in 2025.
