Mushroom Medicine Lecture & ID Walk

This 3 hour meet up is part NH Herbal Network ID walk and part private lecture. Join me as we stroll beautiful private property in search of medicinal mushrooms. ID walk will take about 90 minutes. Then, we will return to the host’s private home and sit for a lecture on how to process medicinal mushrooms for use, as well as, a discussion on what health benefits these mushrooms have. We will discuss their uses, benefits, and what the safety considerations and contraindications are. Cost for this 3 hour class (walk included) is $60. This class is limited to 15 people. This is not a lecture suitable for children. The skill level of this class is Intermediate. A basic understanding of medicinal mushrooms is necessary.
