Align and Awaken! A chakra based journey of yoga and creative expression.

Duration: 2 hours

What we'll be doing:

* 10 mins: Welcome & gentle breathwork
* 30 mins: Intro to Ashtanga Primary Series poses – focusing on grounding postures like standing poses and seated folds
* 25 mins: Partner yoga – gentle, supportive work in pairs like back-to-back breathing, partner tree pose and supported folds
* 10 mins: Guided Root Chakra meditation – visualising roots from your spine or feet into the Earth
* 40 mins: Creative grounding activity – make your own small talisman or clay object to take home as a reminder of the Root Chakra

* Final 5 mins: Closing circle – share one word or reflection

Feel free to bring: a cushion, something to sit on, a water bottle, and anything personal you’d like to add to your grounding creation. �
