Labour Day Beach Yoga

Soak up the last of summer this Labour Day! Join Tina on the sand at beautiful Goose Spit for a hatha yoga practice to energize your body and enliven your soul. Breathe in the fresh morning air, listen to the ocean, feel the sand in your toes. In my opinion the best way to start the day! Class takes place at the far end of the beach on the left, opposite end to the stairs. Go past the washrooms about 10m and there is a sand path down to the beach on the left. Some yoga experience recommended.
