About the event

Canada Day Beach Yoga

The sun will be rising and the waves gently lapping to shore. We will connect with the environment, our breath and move in a way that feels good in our bodies. This class will leave you feeling refreshed and ready for a great day ahead, however you plan to do to celebrate. All levels welcome for this Hatha yoga class. Bring your mat and a beach towel.
