Sound Waves: Emotional Healing Workshop with Sound

Join us as we explore various techniques that can help heal emotionally. This 2-hour workshop teaches you the tools needed to release and heal from intense and challenging emotions. All of these techniques are non-invasive and utilize the mind and the body so they can be practiced anywhere. Each month we will explore a new emotion and the tools that can help us to heal from past experiences of that emotion.

You’ll be guided through:

• Acupressure for emotional balance
• Somatic Experiencing and grounding techniques
• Energy healing practices
• Mindfulness for emotional regulation
