Passport to Flavor, a Teen Class: Vive la France (Age 13+)

Bonjour, chefs! In this hands-on class, teens will explore the timeless flavors of French cuisine. Campers will start by handcrafting a buttery, flaky pastry dough used in two classic dishes: a savory quiche filled with rich ingredients and a rustic, sweet fruit galette. Then, it’s time to master the art of the crêpe—learning how to swirl, flip, and fill these delicate Parisian treats like a pro. Along the way, teens will build essential baking and stovetop skills while enjoying a delicious tour of French culinary traditions.

Class Notes:

• Teens will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
• Comfortable, closed-toe shoes and tied-back long hair are required.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancel up to 48 hours before the class for a refund or class credit.
