Drawing from the US Cavalry Forward Riding System, Author and clinician, Catherine Hunter of Sacred Connections Equestrian, maps out how every rider can more deeply communicate and connect with their horses through Unity, Security, Non-Abuse and Effective Communication.

She then shows how riders can develop the Seven Key Elements to become a Non-Interfering Rider and easily achieve these Four Key Essentials.
