Women's Competition Training & Open Mat

Ladies, let's get together for some good, hard competition training and rolls. Open to all women in the Midwest, we are a pretty central location so we hope to have a good turnout.
We'll do a short warm-up followed by about 45 minutes of positional sparring from several positions, then open rolling to finish out the last 45 minutes. No fee required. White or Blue gi only.
