Tech Adventures - Coding Day Camp for ages 6 to 8

Our innovative computer science curriculum is designed specifically for beginning readers, providing them with a strong foundation in programming concepts through a hands-on approach. Campers will engage with fundamental programming commands, such as loops and events, fostering an understanding of how these elements function within code. Each lesson not only focuses on technical skills but also emphasizes the importance of collaboration, enabling campers to work effectively with their peers. By engaging in group projects and discussions, learners develop essential teamwork skills that are crucial for success in both academic and real-world settings.
In addition to programming basics, our curriculum encourages campers to explore various problem-solving techniques, empowering them to tackle challenges with confidence. We understand that persistence is key to overcoming obstacles, and our lessons are designed to cultivate this trait in young learners. Furthermore, internet safety is a critical component of our program, as we guide students in recognizing safe online practices and developing a responsible digital footprint. Through a comprehensive blend of coding skills, collaboration, and digital citizenship, our curriculum equips students with the tools they need to succeed in an increasingly technology-driven world.

$35 per session or $300 for all ten sessions
***Participants staying over from the morning session to the afternoon will be required to bring their own lunch. We will watch age appropriate movies during the 90 minutes for lunch***
