Join Anne Miller and Austin Shook in a sound bath and alignment in the Hampton-Preston greenhouse. Austin will bathe you in the sound of 14 instruments. The instruments will aid you in achieving deep relaxation, enter your own essence, deeply connect with your body through ethereal sound vibration and to release, soften, unwind, envision and to meditate.
Doors will open at 3:45pm. Please bring ALL props: mat, blankets, bloster, pillows, cushions, and anything else to be comfortable lying on the floor for the session.
