About the event

Researching a Historic Home
Join Carla Cornette to hear about her work researching her historic home on West Ash Street. If you have ever wondered how to research the history of your own home, you can learn from the research she did to nominate her c. 1928 home for Columbia’s Most Notable Property Program. Cornette’s presentation will be followed by a hands-on exploration of research tools available through the library.

Carla Cornette is an associate teaching professor of Italian at the University of Missouri.

Presented by CoMo Preservation. This program will feature an ASL interpreter.

Adults.
