William Starrett plans to discuss the history of the South Carolina Ballet leading into our 65th anniversary season, share some highlights from his own career, and speak about our mission, particularly the work we do through our educational outreach programs.

October 20 – A Songwriter’s Journey
Multi-million-selling songwriter Allyson Taylor reflects on her path from a political family in South Carolina to NYC and Nashville, and the life choices that shaped her creative career.

October 27 – Behind the Scenes: Performing Arts & Guest Artists
A look into managing a performing arts venue—from programming and community outreach to the joys and challenges of hosting artists. Includes a special live performance.
