Not-So-Spooky Halloween Stroll

It's time to trick-or-treat! Dress your family in their costumes and head downtown to celebrate Halloween with a trick-or-treat stroll through the library and to participating businesses and organizations in the Main Street District.

The Columbia Police Department and the City Center Partnership Yellow Shirts will be helping families cross streets and stay safe on the stroll.
