Midwest Tradeswomen Summit

Join us for the Midwest Tradeswomen Summit on Saturday, May 31st! This event is hosted by Heartland Women In Trades, Missouri Women in Trades, & Central Missouri Women In Trades in partnership with Missouri Works Initiative and @Stephen’s College. The day will be filled with speaker sessions, panel discussions, & networking, covering topics such as advocacy within the community, legislative & policy updates, overcoming workplace challenges - bias, mental health, & work-life balance. Attendees will also learn strategies regarding advancing into leadership positions, mentoring others for retention, and more! The event will run from 8am-5pm at Stephen’s College, 1200 E Broadway, Columbia, MO 65215. A $25 registration fee is required, but limited scholarships are available. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided. Comfortable clothing is recommended, and attendees are encouraged to wear their organization's colors and/or logos.
