Teachings and meditations for everyone with, modern Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Tabkay

Meditation is a powerful method to increase the degree of inner peace and authentic happiness in our life. It is also a way of pacifying our bad habits and painful states of mind that hold us back from living the life we want. Meditation apps can only take us so far, if you are interested in going deeper and getting more powerful results, a teacher and community are the best way of getting started or taking your practice to the next level.

Everyone is welcome—no previous meditation experience is necessary.

10am – 11:15am: Teaching and guided meditation

11:15am – 11:45am: Break

11:45am – 1pm: Teaching and guided meditation
