Kids Bootcamp Ages 10–13

Kids Bootcamp is a brand-new program designed to help kids get active, build confidence, and have fun!

Participants will explore the basics of fitness in a safe and encouraging environment with a certified instructor.

Ages 10–13 will begin working on form, bodyweight exercises, and an introduction to the weight room.

Each session is capped at 10 kids per age group
