Everyone has experienced a bad relationship or two—whether it’s a friendship, romantic relationship, family connection, or even a work environment. These experiences can leave deep emotional scars, affect our trust, and even distort how we view ourselves and others. In this workshop, we’ll uncover the signs of unhealthy relationships, discuss the importance of boundaries, and learn how to break free from cycles that keep us stuck. Most importantly, we’ll invite God into the process so He can restore our hearts, renew our minds, and guide us toward healthy, life-giving connections that align with His purpose for us.
