Chakra Immersion Workshop w/ Bailey & Lauren

Join Lauren and Bailey for an interactive workshop that will include an overview of the chakra system,
an asana practice working with each chakra,
and reflective journaling exercises.

Attendees will learn:
● Key information about each chakra
● English and Sanskrit names for each
● A “take home” practice that integrates
essential poses for chakra engagement and
a list of reference materials

This workshop is for yoga practitioners of any
level curious about the chakra system,
what each chakra represents, and how they might
work with yoga poses or meditations
for each chakra. We invite you to ask questions,
connect with fellow yogis, and deepen
your knowledge of yoga.
