Join us for a killer good time with our next in-house community workout and social!

📅 Date: August 23rd
🕓 Time: 7am and 9am classes, social to follow
📍 Location: CrossFit Fringe

We’ll kick things off with a spicy workout we’re calling Cereal Killer — no milk needed, just grit and gains. 🍫💥 Then we’ll cool down with the ultimate reward: a cereal potluck social! Bring your favorite childhood (or adult!) cereal to share, and let’s trade reps for Rice Krispies and PRs for Pop-Tarts.

Whether you're team Fruity Pebbles or team Frosted Flakes, it's all about laughs, vibes, and building community one bowl at a time. 🥄
