At the heart of this initiative is Mota Crosslinking Business Academy (MCBA), a multicultural and bilingual institution with a strong, ongoing commitment to AAPI business development. MCBA has cultivated meaningful partnerships with AAPI communities and leaders across South Carolina and beyond, ensuring AAPI voices are present in economic and entrepreneurial conversations.
Through its broader mission of inclusive economic equity, MCBA is also the founder of the South Carolina AAPI Business Day, an annual initiative recognizing business leaders and changemakers through official state and county proclamations—honoring trailblazers and those paving the way for future generations.
