A SOFT RETURN TO SELF

In the rush of daily life, it’s easy to lose touch with who you really are and how you truly want to feel. A Soft Return to Self is a 2.5-hour workshop designed to help you reconnect with your inner self through stillness, reflection, and movement. Using tools from both neuroscience and yoga philosophy, you’ll explore simple, transformative practices that bring you back to a sense of wholeness and clarity.

Guided Journaling
Clarify how you want to feel in your life and identify what might be getting in the way—creating space for intentional living.
Askfirmation Writing
Use empowering, brain-based questions to shift your mindset and open yourself to new ways of thinking, feeling, and being.
Neti Neti Meditation
A powerful self-inquiry practice from yoga philosophy that helps you peel away limiting identities and reconnect with your true self.
Yin Yoga with Askfirmations
Drop into long-held, supported poses while contemplating personalized askfirmations—nourishing your body, calming your nervous system, and deepening your self-awareness.
The term actually is ASKfirmations (not affirmations) similar but technique will be explained in workshop - note for posting
