Sound Bath at Grove Farm Wellbeing Hub

Relax in the gorgeous surroundings of Grove Farm Wellbeing Hub, a tranquil and idyllic location surrounded by the beauty of the North Norfolk countryside.

We begin with a brief, guided meditation inspired by the season before being gentled lulled into a restful state with the sounds of the Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls. As you transition into a state of deep relaxation, immerse yourself in the resonant vibrations and frequencies . Sound has been used for centuries to promote healing, induce relaxation, relieve stress and pain, and restore a harmonious balance of mind, body, and spirit. Leave feeling uplifted and peaceful.

Please bring a yoga mat or something soft to lay on. Some people like to bring a self inflating mattress or a garden chair, whatever works for you to maximise comfort. A pillow to rest your head can be nice, as well as a blanket to keep you warm, and cosy socks. A bolster or pillow to support your knees may also be useful if you have lower back pain. It is recommended to wear warm comfortable clothes, even if the weather is warm your temperature will drop when you relax, so being comfortable and cosy is important. Please also bring a drink of water.
