Peace and tranquillity awaits in a unique setting in the North Norfolk Countryside under cover of the beautiful Stargazer. Unwind and rejuvenate in a gentle and deeply restful sound bath, under the big Norfolk skies, immersed and surrounded by nature. Total bliss.
We begin with a guided seasonal meditation, allowing you to settle and relax into the beautiful surroundings of Stargazer, with her cosy and comforting soft furnishings and decoration . As you gently transition into a state relaxation, you will be enveloped in the sounds and vibrations of nature, as well as Tibetan, Crystal, & Alchemy Singing Bowls. These instruments and nature itself are known for their healing frequencies, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and a harmonious balance of mind, body, and spirit.
After the sound bath we will enjoy a hot drink, a piece of cake, and the views of the big Norfolk skies. If you would like to bring a chair to sit outside and enjoy your cake, please do. Please let me know if you have any dietary requirements ahead of the event.
Please bring a yoga mat, self-inflating camping mat, or something soft to lay on, a pillow to rest your head, a blanket to keep you warm, and cosy socks. A bolster or pillow to support your knees can also greatly improve your comfort levels. You can bring a chair if you'd prefer to sit. Wear clothes that will allow you to be comfortable and warm, bearing in the mind that our body temperature tends to drop when our bodies relax. Comfort is key to your overall enjoyment and ability to relax fully. You might also like to bring a drink of water as staying hydrated is important. You'll feel like you're leaving your house with everything bar the kitchen sink, but I promise, it'll be worth it!
This session is a fabulous opportunity to try a sound bath in the great outdoors but undercover in the beautiful Stargazer tent nestled in the North Norfolk countryside. Details of the exact location will be emailed once booking is confirmed.
