Join us for a peaceful yoga session outside of our brewery, surrounded by a mindful community, and led by an experienced instructor, Lizzy Matteini. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a first-timer, this all-levels class is the perfect way to start your Friday morning!

Bring your mat, stay hydrated, and get ready for a rejuvenating morning of relaxation, community, and great beverages!

After your practice, enjoy a well deserved refreshing Springs Lite Lager, which is included in your class price! In need of a post workout meal? Indulge in lunch from our five food vendors onsite.
