About the event

Summertime Slumber Party :: Yoga Nidra :: with Ryan Hildebrandt :: In-Person and Live-Stream

A summertime yoga nidra practice, focused on finding healthy resting habits and deep relaxation. The practice will be one hour, with light movements and nest building, intention setting, followed by a guided meditation that connects us to our inner light.

The practice will be offered online as well to encourage folks who would like to practice from home to join
