SoCo Stillfest Vendor Registration - Non-Distillery Booth

What will be provided the day of the event?

• 10 x 10 Booth Space
• Event Website - Your name will be listed on the event website
• Two Staff Passes per booth
• Media Spotlight
• Parking (please try to carpool as there will be limited parking)

What will you need to bring the day of the event?

• Trashcan/bags for your booth
• Tables, tents, chairs, tent weights, etc.
• Signage, banners, table decor, etc.
• There will be NO electricity, so please plan accordingly

Non Beverage Booth - $250 Registration (Only 10 booth spaces available and must have prior approval from event coordinator at)

**Registration without prior approval will result in a non-refund

Participants will need to send the following information by 8/13/2025 to the email above.

1. Certificate of Insurance (COI) by 8/13/25
2. Please ensure the COI includes the following: General Liability coverage with a minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrenceBlackhat Distillery listed as Additional Insureds
3. The certificate must reference the event, date and location: SoCo Stillfest – 9/13/25 – The Public House at The Alexander
4. In addition, if you are selling please include a copy of your sales tax license.
