Restorative Paddleboard Yoga with Live Soundbath

Join us for a tranquil morning on the lake and nourish your mind, body and spirit with restorative yoga and healing frequencies. This special class combines restorative yoga postures with the soothing vibrations of quartz crystal sound bowls. You'll leave class with feelings of renewal and clarity.

No experience required but, for your safety, the ability to swim is.

Adult (18+) ~ $38 pp
Child (12+) ~ $36 pp

DURATION:
1.5 Hours
This includes: Gear Prep, SUP Orientation, Safety Briefing, Paddling-Out, Anchoring. 60min Yoga & Soundbath Class, Gear-Up, Paddle Back to Shore.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 12+ years of age
* Children must be accompanied by a participating (paid) adult in class.
* Ability to swim unassisted.
* Signed online waiver. (Legal Guardian for child.)
