Movers and Shakers: Music & movement for kids 3-5

Movers and Shakers is an interactive class designed to introduce young children to the world of music and movement. Through singing and movement exercises, children are encouraged to explore their imaginations and discover new ways to express themselves through music. This drop-in class offers a different adventure each week, with a variety of activities to keep things fresh and exciting. Kids can expect to have fun while engaging in safe activities, such as playing with scarves and parachutes, learning to play different percussion instruments, exploring their singing voice, and learning about musical opposites like fast and slow, loud and quiet, and high and low.

This drop-in class provides a stimulating environment that fosters creativity and deepens appreciation for various forms of expression. Our instructors are patient and creative, guiding the students throughout the workshop and helping them explore the fundamental elements of art while developing their musical skills.

Meets every Tuesday from Jan. 14-May 13 (except Jan. 28).
