Intro to Pole Workshop Series

Ready to try something fun, new, and empowering?

Join our Intro to Pole Series, three classes, July 26th, Aug 2, and 9th, at 1pm! Perfect for complete beginners, these three upbeat sessions are all about having fun, building confidence, and learning the basics—think grips, spins, transitions, and easy choreography.

No experience? No problem!

This series is designed just for first-timers, and our friendly instructors will guide you every step of the way. Just a heads-up: since each class builds on the last, we recommend attending all three—there are no make-up sessions. Come discover your strength, have a blast, and maybe even surprise yourself!
