CPR & First Aid Heartsaver Total Class

The Heartsaver Total course is a comprehensive American Heart Association (AHA) training designed for anyone seeking lifesaving skills in CPR, AED use, and basic first aid. This class covers how to recognize and respond to emergencies such as cardiac arrest, choking, and injuries. Participants will learn hands-only CPR for adults, children, and infants, how to operate an automated external defibrillator (AED), and essential first aid techniques like wound care, bleeding control, and managing burns or fractures. The class combines instructor-led training with practical skill sessions, providing confidence to act quickly in emergencies. No prior medical experience is necessary, and successful completion results in an AHA Heartsaver certification valid for two years.
