Join me for Connection with Cacao, a guided heart journey rooted in the Tz’utujil lineage of the Navichoc family from Lago de Atitlán.
This is a sacred experience—a space to connect deeply with pure Mayan cacao, prepared in the traditional way. The cacao is 100% ceremonial grade, with no added ingredients—bitter, alive, and whole, just as it has been shared for generations.
We will gather in reverence and stillness, allowing the cacao to guide us into connection—with our hearts, our bodies, and the natural elements:

Cacao holds all of these. As we sip, we will open to them through gentle movement, silence, breath, and song.
This is a time to listen inward, to remember what your heart longs to share, and to be held in a grounded, nurturing space.
