Welcome to May Mania!

Welcome to our first in-person seminar of the year! Our theme is 'Whole Body Wellness'. Join us for a morning filled with interactive presentations, lots of learning and networking. Did I mention breakfast? We will be providing a continental breakfast, complete with a few Gluten and Dairy free options and coffee with the fixings!

Things to note:

Seminar charge is $10 (this goes to our chapter)+ $2.51 eventbrite admin charge for using the platform. Your total will be $12.51.

Online registration ends on Tuesday May 13th

Price increases to $15 for day of registration (walk -in)- This will be EXACT CASH or CHECK only and will be available as space allows on a first come/first serve basis.

Info: Regan Wissler is the Owner and Lead Teacher for Gracie University (Level II) Certified Training Center (CTC) in both Colorado Springs and Canon City. He will be presenting Basics in Self Defense and your very own chapter president (Caitlin Skinner) will be assisting.

Info: Join Suzanne Mariska, E-RYT 500 for a presentation on stress, where it is stored in your body and how to release it! This will be an interactive presentation; the tools learned today can be used anywhere you go!

Info: Amanda Earle, MA, LAC, LPC, LAHC and Owner/Provider of Living Story Therapy, PLLC will be presenting on the various (vicious) cycles we get ourselves into, with an emphasis on addictive behavior.
