Mommy & Me Yoga

Start off with learning a warming sun salutation and end with a free mama gift baggie to celebrate Mother's Day. This workshop is great for new postpartum mama's as we ease & dip our feet back into fitness, while bonding with our little ones!
This Yoga Mommy & Me is for ages 3-10 months. We will provide any modifications needed for your success
