Experience a tastefully paired four-course meal with select wines from around the world paired by our Food and Beverage Manager, Casey Harris, and a local Sommelier.
For our friends who do not wish to consume alcohol but still delight in the joys of fine dining, we offer a mocktail option for all of our wine dinners.

1st Course
Halibut with a Romanesco sauce

2nd Course
Pork loin with a Mornay sauce
Herbed Rice Pilaf

3rd Course
Flank Steak with a Blueberry-Balsamic sauce
