Mos Generator formed during the winter of 2000 in Port Orchard, Washington from the ashes of a ten year off & on collaboration between it's three members, all of which are long time veterans of road & studio. The need to strip down to the basics of hard rock was apparent from the start and continues to be the foundation for all the bands recent material. Mos Generator have released 9 full length studio albums, two retrospective albums, 2 live albums and a plethora of split 7" and 12” singles on such labels as Listenable, Roadburn, Heavy Psych Sounds Glory or Death, Cleopatra, Small Stone, Ripple, Nasoni, Lay Bare, Hevi Sike, H42, Argonauta, and Kozmik Artifactz. Touring has been just as important to the profile of the band as making records has. Over the years Mos Generator has shared the stage with many great heavy rock bands across Europe and North America including extensive tours with Saint Vitus, FU Manchu, Elder, Spirit Caravan and Atomic Bitchwax. They have also played many prestigious festivals throughout Europe including two appearances at Hellfest in France, opening up a whole new fan base to the Mos Generator sound. after 25 years of making music Mos Generator show no signs of slowing down.

Die Dreimannkombo aus Bochum befeuert seit 2019 ihre Riffschmiede. Seit dem Release ihres Debutalbum "Modul I" im März 2022 konnten sie in der Szene an Popularität gewinnen und im darauffolgenden Sommer durch energiegeladene Shows überzeugen.
Die instrumentale Musik von Schubmodul beinhaltet dabei Elemente aus verschiedenen Stilrichtungen, die von bretthart bis verträumt reichen und häufig in einem Gewand aus psychedelischen Weltraumklängen gehüllt sind. Dabei werden Geschichten nicht durch Gesang, sondern durch kreatives Songwriting im Kopf des Zuhörers erzählt, während die treibenden Rhythmen den Zuhörer mit auf eine Reise über Sanddünen, Berge und Seen bis hin zu fremden Planeten begleiten.
