Garage punk hellraisers ‘HOON’, bring their chaotic, uncanny and cheerful live show out of the pits of Australia, and back into Europe for their second time!
From organising their own festival’s and touring nationally and internationally, to playing in alleyways and in front of churches; Australian garage punk’s HOON ain’t strangers to the big stages, dive bar exchanges or DIY ragers. With their overly-animated live shows punctuated by relentless punk-dynamics and uncompromising on-stage energy, Hoon are a band who frequently skirt the line between the maniacal and total mayhem, with a punk-rock attitude to match.
Musically, songs ricochet between raucous two-minute punk thrillers to dynamic five-minute progressive ballads, signposted lyrically with equal parts sociological commentary to Australian political critique. Hoon holds a mirror to their country with a laugh, a beer and a smokescreen smirk. Let’s have some fun!


Die Banana Hammocks, eine kaputte Glühbirne am Himmel des Punkrock Planetariums - Niemand braucht sie aber trotzdem sind sie irgendwie dabei. Für alle die, die auf Lieder über unglückliche Liebe und gebrochene Herzen mit englischsprachigem 3-Akkorde-Punk-Charme stehen.



CITY SPEAK ist eine Punkrock-Band aus Mainz/Wiesbaden. In irgendeinem Lockdown von Anna (Black Square) und Cornelius (Keep it a Secret Records) gegründet, mit neuem Gitarristen Doni komplettiert, ist im August 2024 das Debütalbum „Holding Water“ auf LP/CD bei Shield Recordings (NL), Snappy Little Numbers (US), Cat’s Claw Records (UK) und Keep it a Secret Records (Deutschland) erschienen.
Thematisch beschäftigt sich das Trio gerne mit leichter Kost (Patriarchat, Obrigkeitshörigkeit, Ausbeutung durch multinationale Konzerne), stellt aber auch die schweren, wichtigen Fragen (Ananas auf Pizza – ja oder nein?) und packt das Ganze in Songs, die nach „‘77er Punk mit einer Prise TSOL“ (Torben Müller, Musikologe) klingen.
