Annual General Meeting - CONVENING NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)
OF
ROYAL BRITISH LEGION BARNOLDSWICK AND DISTRICT BRANCH
The AGM of Royal British Legion Barnoldswick and District Branch
will be held at 7.30pm on Wednesday 15th October 2025 at Rolls Leisure, Barnoldswick
The purpose of the Annual General Meeting is to present the Annual Accounts to June 2025 (Adopted by Committee 20th Sept 2025), to elect Officer's & Committee Members, to debate any Motions submitted for inclusion at the Legion’s Annual Conference 2026, and to discuss any items submitted by members through the Branch Committee for inclusion in the Agenda.
Nominations from members for Officers and Committee are to reach the Branch Secretary at least seven (7) days before the AGM.
Motions and Charter Motions for submission to the Annual Meeting of the County/District Conference are to reach the Branch Secretary at least seven (7) days before the AGM.
All Branch Members are encouraged to attend the AGM.
