CIRCUS SUMMER CAMP

The Circus Company presents an exciting opportunity for youth to participate in our immersive Circus Camp! Enjoy an unforgettable journey of creativity, skill-building, and self-discovery. Students will have the opportunity to use a variety of different circus apparatuses during the camp week.

Where:
Collingwood Circus School - 95 Sandford Fleming Dr, Unit 2, Collingwood, Ontario

Dates:
Camp 1: July 14 - July 18, 2025
Camp 2: July 28 - August 1, 2025

Typical Day at Camp
9:00 am: Arrival & Quiet Time
9:30 am: Warm Up (Games, Stretching, Conditioning)
10:00 am: Circus Station #1 (Aerial Activity)
10:45 am: Snack
11:15 pm: Circus Station #2 (Floor Activity)
12:00 pm: Circus Station #3 (Aerial Activity)
12:45 pm: Lunch (Outside/Play)
1:45 pm: Specialty
3:30 pm Cool Down & Stretching
4:00 pm Pick Up Time

Possible Camp Activities Include:

- Aerial Silks
- Aerial Hoop or Static Trapeze
- Tumbling (cartwheels, rolls, walkovers, etc)
- Partner Acro (partner and group skill pyramids and shapes)
- Handstands development (on handstand canes & floor)
- Creative Exploration & Movement Workshops
- Outside Time (weather permitting)
- Aerial Cube
- Giant Hoop
- Aerial Hammock
- Walking Globes
- Aerial Rope
- Flexibility/Contortion
- Tightrope
- Silks Forts
- Object Manipulation (Juggling, hula hoop, spinning plates, etc)
- Team Building - Duo/Trio Apparatuses
